It is not the diseases that does not respect racial boundaries, but black alcoholics are labeled 'criminals'.
White alcoholics, get to do alcoholic rehab.
blacks ones get prison time and then send back on the streets to continue their suffering and to rein suffering ion society.
I know if it affects or recognized as unequal treatments against blacks by society, blacks it is not welcomed in any discussions here

Why does some people believe that they have the unique right to be annoyed by the behavior of others?
One reason why I display little sympathy for middle class blacks complaining about racism, They are annoyed by other recognizing it unless it involves them personally.

They do nothing about the conditions that affect others,other that their pet projects.
usually these do nothing about the strategic situation of people.
